Don Reinhart
Co-Founder & CEO
Donald Reinhart is a Co-Founder and the CEO of LATRO. Don has more than 25 years of experience working with leading telecom vendors and mobile operators around the world. He has been extensively involved in designing some of the innovative LATRO solutions in the RAFM space with hands-on experience in implementing them across the Asian, African, and Middle Eastern markets.

Based in LATRO’s Dubai, UAE office, Don leads business strategy development and execution, providing executive oversight for the company’s senior management team. He holds BS in Physics and MBA in Finance degrees from Bucknell University and Johns Hopkins University, respectively. Before co-founding LATRO, Don was employed at Tektronix, a global leader in electronic and communications test solutions.
Steve Schumacher
Chief Operating Officer
A distinguished graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship from Grove City College, he has been a driving force within LATRO for over twelve years. Steve's journey with the company has seen him grow from Director of Operations to Vice President, and now to his current executive role, where he oversees strategic growth and operational excellence.

With a rich background in telecommunications, Steve has consistently played a key role in LATRO's operational strategies and success. His comprehensive understanding of the industry and dedication to customer satisfaction make him an invaluable asset in his new capacity as COO. Under his leadership, LATRO is set to continue its trajectory as a leader in providing innovative solutions to combat telecommunications fraud and revenue leakage.
Ihab Al-Shayeb
VP of Technology
Ihab Al-Shayeb is the VP of Technology at LATRO with over 20 years of experience in the telecom industry. Throughout his career, Ihab held key positions in MNOs, MVNOs and solution providers. This unique journey provided him with a deep understanding of the telecommunication field. His career started at the core network, then moved into BSS domain, and then into Revenue Assurance and Fraud management. Therefore, Ihab can provide a holistic view of the challenges and solutions. His insights and guidance are always appreciated by LATRO’s customers and the team.

Ihab’s impressive background and deep understanding of the industry make him a sought-after speaker for telecom events. He is passionate about sharing his insights on the latest advancements and trends in the industry and has delivered keynote speeches and participated in panel discussions at various telecom conferences.
Mohammed J. Badry
VP of Services
Jaffar currently serves as the Vice President of Services at LATRO Services, a role he has held since January 2020. His nearly ten-year tenure at New Elite in Dubai as the GM of Business Assurance has seen him lead initiatives to streamline operations and safeguard revenues in the fast-paced telecommunications sector. His expertise was also honed through his impactful work with the GSMA Africa Fraud Forum, where he was pivotal in developing strategies to combat telecom fraud across the continent.

In his earlier roles, Jaffar has left a notable mark on the industry, particularly at MTN Afghanistan as Head of Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management, where he significantly improved operational frameworks and reduced financial risks. His contributions to KPMG UAE and IBM KSA as a consultant and Subject Matter Expert, respectively, have showcased his proficiency in creating robust revenue assurance models and fraud management policies. Jaffar's breadth of experience across various markets and technical functions has made him an invaluable asset to LATRO's continued growth and service excellence.
Steph van Dalen
Director Employee Experience
Steph has been with LATRO since 2018 and currently leads the Employee Experience team, championing a work environment and culture that continues to attract, develop and retain top talent. Her role is the culmination of a comprehensive career within LATRO, including positions in business operations admin support, events, marketing and corporate communications, and human resources.

Her multifaceted experience across various industries in both the U.S. and internationally, along with her educational background and continual growth mindset, has positioned her well to develop and continue maturing LATRO’s employee experience framework as our diverse global team grows.
Jacob Howell
Director of Strategy
Jacob stands as the Director of Corporate Strategy at LATRO, having joined the team in September 2023. In this role, he oversees corporate strategy and marketing from Denver, Colorado. Jacob brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership experience to LATRO, having served as Board Secretary for the Communications Fraud Control Association (CFCA) for over 17 years. His expertise in fraud detection and commitment to telecommunications fraud control through education has made significant contributions to the industry.

Jacob's strategic impact is also evident from his previous role as Associate Vice President at Subex, where he led presales and business development in the Americas. His efforts supported the launch of a cloud-native, AI/ML analytics platform, and drove a substantial increase in the sales pipeline. Prior to that, as Global Director at TEOCO, he was instrumental in generating revenue growth, implementing robotic process automation, and leading a global team that integrated machine learning into products — achievements that garnered him an industry innovation award and a nomination for Employee of the Year. Jacob's extensive background also includes transformative roles at companies like Disney Mobile and CenturyLink, where he created systems that significantly reduced operational costs and fraud losses. His consistent excellence in operations management and strategic project leadership is reflected in multiple recognitions, including CEO's Employee of the Year awards.
Uffe Jes Hansen
VP of Sales
Uffe Jes Hansen is an accomplished sales executive with over 18 years of experience in international business development and sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and establishing strategic partnerships.

As Vice President of Sales, Uffe is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our sales operations, defining and executing sales strategies, nurturing key client relationships, and providing data-driven analytics solutions that empower LATRO’s customers to protect and increase their bottom-line results.

Prior to joining LATRO, Uffe held key leadership positions at renowned technology companies, including Sinch, SAP, and Syniverse/MACH. His extensive background in sales, coupled with a strong focus on building mutually beneficial partnerships, has consistently propelled organizations to new heights of success.

William K. “Bill” Hite Corporate & Senior Finance Advisor

Bill is the Founder and CEO of HSA Global, a specialty advisory firm focused on enabling worldwide growth for companies expanding across multi-national markets. Bill is based in Germany and has lived and worked in Europe and the USA with experience in the Middle East and Asia. He has held multiple Financial Executive positions in early stage and pre- and post-IPO companies. He provides CFO advisory support to the LATRO Executive Team and oversees the company’s financial, accounting, and tax strategies, reporting, and practices. In addition to his advisory support, Bill and his team manage the back-office functions for LATRO’ consolidated group of global subsidiaries.

Emory Ware Corporate & Executive Advisor

Emory Ware has served as an executive advisor and corporate finance advisor to LATRO since 2018. Emory has more than 35 years in the finance and banking industry. He served in executive-level positions among three major regional banks in the United States, most recently as the Regional President of Park Sterling Bank, supporting its 2017 merger with South State Bank, a publicly-traded bank based in South Carolina. In addition, Emory led the successful investment and transformation of Texaco oil distributor, F. Gregorie and Son, supporting the company’s three-year hypergrowth performance from $3M to $65M. As a member of the Executive Advisory Team, Emory provides strategic inputs to LATRO’s senior management team, corporate finance strategy, and business operations.

Michael Hancock is a practicing corporate attorney with more than 30 years of experience within the international technology and telecom sector. Michael served as General Counsel for Ooredoo Group based in Qatar for 10 years, supporting the regional telecom conglomerate’s expansion in the Gulf, Africa, and Asia. Most recently, he spent two years working with Google’s Alphabet subsidiary, Loon, supporting innovative 4G connectivity to the African continent. Michael has been providing legal counsel and support to LATRO since 2021 and joined the company’s Executive Advisory Team in the same year. Michael advises LATRO’s senior leadership team on corporate strategy with a focus on legal matters.

David Petrikat Corporate & Marketing Advisor

David’s strategic vision and dynamic leadership have consistently delivered compelling value propositions, streamlined complexity, and invigorated brand engagement across sectors. Over the past years, David has also made significant contributions to both strategic guidance and operational execution, positioning him to drive LATRO’s marketing strategy with innovation and substantial impact. Before serving as Interim CMO at Grillido, he adeptly adapted agile B2C marketing tactics to the B2B landscape, showcasing his adaptability and extensive marketing expertise. Previously at relayr – a Munich Re company, David excelled as the Senior Vice President of Marketing & Portfolio, propelling an IIoT leader to an internationally acknowledged exit. This wealth of experience is poised to advise on LATRO’s go-to-market strategy forward with innovation and impact.
