Those who voted for this issue might prioritize maintaining high customer satisfaction and loyalty, recognizing the broader implications for brand trust and retention.
Network Security 🔒 (17%) Network security was another primary concern. SMS blasters compromise the integrity of the network, creating vulnerabilities that can be exploited further. Operators focusing on this issue are likely dealing with the broader security implications and the challenges of protecting their networks from evolving threats.
All of the Above 🔄 (61%) The overwhelming majority indicated that all these issues are critical. This holistic view reflects the understanding that SMS blasters impact multiple facets of the business simultaneously. Revenue loss, customer dissatisfaction, and network vulnerabilities are interconnected problems that collectively weaken the operator’s position in the market.
