Pandemic and Response in the Telecom Industry

As an international company with operations distributed across four continents worldwide, LATRO is closely following the COVID-19 pandemic and its implications to our employees, customers, and partners. We are already directly experiencing its effects within our team, our business, and our global partnerships. We extend our sincerest well wishes to those individuals, families, and communities that are suffering loss, illness, and significant hardship as a result of the virus and its implications. We hope the pandemic and resulting challenges subside quickly. 

In an effort to protect the health and welfare of our employees, customers, and partners, we are actively instituting measures in accordance with the public health guidance of our applicable governing authorities. This includes restricting both travel and meeting attendance. Our team is available through a variety of video and voice communication platforms, and we look forward to continued engagement in supporting our customers and partners in their critical work of protecting revenues and fighting fraud. 

We join with the many other companies, including our customers, in seeking alternate methods of communication, interaction, and support that facilitate business but eliminate personal exposure to the virus. We expect these measures to remain in place for some time and look forward to resuming normal business operations and practices soon.
